What data is collected and for what purpose is it used?
We collect personal data such as your name, address, telephone number, email address and your IP address. If you make a payment by bank transfer, IBAN, BIC, intended use and name of the account holder will be sent to us as part of this bank transfer. This is necessary to process your payment.

In addition, non-personal data such as your Internet provider, the browser you use, your operating system and the website from which you reached us as well as the duration of your visit are also used anonymously for statistical purposes.

We only store your personal data to process your order, to process possible later guarantee and warranty cases, product presentations and information about our offers and to comply with legal regulations.

If you create a customer account with us, you will be provided with password-secured access to our shop. Please keep the password safe. In this area you can view your open or completed orders and manage the data you have provided.

We strictly adhere to our own policies and all legal requirements when storing and using your personal information.

We do not store any credit card information that may be transmitted during the transaction. Credit card details are transmitted to the processing bank using the secure SSL process and cannot be viewed by third parties.

In order to process your order, we may pass on your personal data to shipping service providers, banks, tax advisors or accountants, and, if necessary, to our legal representation, administrative authorities, debt collection companies, courts and insurance companies. They may only use the data in accordance with the strict provisions of the GDPR. Use of the data for other purposes is excluded.

What are cookies and what are they used for?

Cookies are text files stored on your computer that store and transmit certain settings in your browser. A basic distinction is made between time-limited cookies, also known as session cookies, and permanent cookies. Session cookies are deleted after you close the browser. In order to protect your data from third parties, we only work with a strictly tested encryption process, the so-called SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This gives you the certainty that your personal data, such as your address or telephone number, will only be transmitted to us. You can recognize this SSL encryption by a lock symbol on your browser and by changing the URL address from “http” to “https”. Providing information, deleting & blocking your data
You have a legal right to information, correction, deletion and blocking of your personal data stored by us.

After the shopping process is canceled, the data stored by us will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the tax retention period (7 years) has expired.

The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase will also be stored until the end of product liability (10 years). Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit b (necessary for contract fulfillment) of the GDPR.
